I haven't seen it yet, maybe Sunday. But can you tell me if I need to watch Doctor Strange first? It's the only MCU movie I haven't seen yet.

From what I can remember, I don't think you need to watch. It was basically an origin story -- the only thing important you need to know is that Strange's Eye of Agamotto (necklace) houses/is powered by the Time Stone.
