Life After Top Chef

I know that this lasted for just one season but I have trouble sleeping and I get to watch this ad nauseam. All I can say is that I used to not like Spike but this show made me like him a lot. I used to like Jen but this show did not really put her in a good light. Richard Blais, I think I will always dislike him. And Fabio...oh wow. I want to hug him a lot -- he's so lost without his life coach, sometimes. And one of the saddest sequences in the show is Fabio going to a fast food drive thru (In & Out?), and eating a burger in a dark parking lot.
