It's like they put ET, Goonies, and Stephen King's It in a blender and came out with this gem (it also reminds me of those movies that came out almost within a year of each other -- DARYL, The Boy Who Could Fly, etc). More than a little bit of Spielberg, a dash of John Hughes with a jolt of Craven and Carpenter. I'm on the 2nd episode and I want to know more about what's happening. It makes me want to watch more. Also, the kids are amazing. It reminds me of the casting for Super 8, where every one of the kids was perfection.

I've been watching HGTV on-and-off for a while now. Much love to agents who are not here for these couples' BS. I kinda love their talking heads when they're literally rolling their eyes at these weird people LOL

I love it. It's fun and Ruth Negga and Joe Gilgun are fantastic. And I love Dom Cooper's hobitty face.

I got sad when I heard this got cancelled. I mean, it's a Grey's clone but it was entertaining. The lead Alex is irritating but I kinda love that she's the center of 3 men's lives -- her ex gay husband and father of her 2 kids, her former mentor slash emotionally unavailable ex-fling/kinda boyfriend who left and is now back, and her current boyfriend slash colleague.

It was crazy bananas but I love the interactions between all the characters and I love that the current and former love interests were actually friends and had interests that didn't have anything to do with Alex.

I don't really like Melissa George but this is serving up vintage Grey's Anatomy, circa season 1 & 2. Actually, I'm just really watching for Dave Annable and DILF Don Hany.

Congrats to the Oscar Best Actor and Actress!

p.s. Jacob Tremblay should have been nominated.

I liked it. It's very Naked Gun/Police Squad (which I loved when I was a kid) but more contemporary. Rashida Jones is great as Angie. And even if I didn't know that it was created by Steve and Nancy Carell, the humor is very him.

I just watched the show about this on Travel Channel and it spoke to me. Well, it's a Water Slide project by a Mental Health charity...of course, it's going to speak to someone who gets depressed. This was fun and awesome, just what we all need sometimes.

I am really digging this show right now. Just wow.

p.s. Is it really a series finale, when there's still the Christmas Special?

Lucifer

I like it. A lot. Tom Ellis makes the character and his interactions with the other characters fun.

Blindspot

I just finished watching Strike Back so seeing Sullivan Stapleton as someone other than Damien Scott is a little weird. Jamie Alexander sells being an amnesiac whose whole body is a puzzle made of tattoos. I need to watch more to see if I like it or not.

Minority Report

I liked it but I'm biased since I love Stark Sands. It's an okay pilot but I think that character interactions are more interesting than the plot And thank goodness, there are moments of humor that make Dash a little less predictable. Think of him as Season 4 Castiel but more animated. Hmmm, so S5 probably.

They got Nick Zano to play the other twin. I'd probably guess that since Dash is kind of the sensitive neurotic, Arthur is going to be the alpha twin. I want to see how Dash, Arthur and Lara interact to see if adding a new actor was a good move or not. But I would have loved to have seen Stark play twins.

I used to love Veronica Mars, the character as well as the show. But by the time the show ended, I kinda get irritated at how self-righteous she could be. I watched the movie before and I caught it on HBO recently. I kinda love all the callbacks to the show -- and it's really interesting at who came back and who's now famous/successful.

I wish I still loved Veronica (the character) as much as I did at the start but I think I've made peace with that. It's interesting that even years removed, I think I still have a fondness for the show. I wouldn't mind watching another tv/movie again.
